We currently have a fleet of 10 yard, 16 yard, and 20 yard roll off dumpster boxes ready to be put into service to help you.
What Size Do You Need?
10 Yard
10 yards means the box can hold 10 cubic yards of debris or 1.5 tons (aka 3,000 lbs) or about 4 pickup truck loads or 60 bags of garbage.

16 Yard
16 yards means the box can hold 16 cubic yards of debris or 2 tons (aka 4,000 lbs) or about 6 pickup truck loads or 90 bags of garbage.
- A large Kitchen demolition and remodel
- Multiple home improvement projects
- Large garage or basement clean-out
- Deck demo (roughly 15′ X 30′)
- Home furnishing cleanout
- Flood Fire Restoration
- Single layer roofs
20 Yard
20 yards means the box can hold 20 cubic yards of debris or 2.5 tons (aka 5,000 lbs) or about 8 pickup truck loads or 120 bags of garbage.
- Downsizing before a move
- Decluttering your attic and garage
- Removing floors
- Master bathroom renovations
- Clean out after a loved one’s passing
- Disposing old furniture
- Construction and demolition debris
What to avoid?
They are not intended for heavy materials – here are a few example –
- Concrete
- Rock
- Dirt
- Asphalt
- Bricks
- Lath Plaster etc
What else?
What else shouldn’t I put into a roll off dumpster box?
Extra Charges (this is what the landfill charges us to dispose of these items) –
- Tire/rim – $8/tire/rim
- Mattress – $20/mattress
- Box Spring – $20/box spring
Items are not permitted by the landfill –
- Asbestos
- Infectious or hazardous waste materials
If you let us know ahead of time we can help removal of appliances!
Drop off & pick up day – things to know!
Ideal location for dumpster drop off –
- Avoid areas near pedestrian walkways or automobile traffic
- Leave the required space of at least 100 feet in length for dumpster drop-off
- Select a level surface, free of debris and obstructions like low hanging wires or tree branches
Pick up day must do’s –
- Check to make sure you dumpster is even distributed and not sticking out of the top
- No not exceed maximum tonnage allowed (7 tons)
On both drop off and pick up day–
- Move parked vehicles or other obstacles that would prevent access to your dumpster
